If you receive damaged goods or incorrect products, Bioflex accepts full responsibility and will either reimburse you within 48 hours, or resend the correct items.

In the case of our mistake, we will cover all transport charges so you won’t incur any difficulties whatsoever.

Any opened goods will not be refunded, unless there is a problem with product quality.

In these circumstances when we can identify a problem we will give a full refund and pay shipping costs.
