Direct deposit orders are shipped once the funds have cleared, which can take up to 48 hours after deposits have been made. Please keep in mind that no orders will be shipped untill all funds have cleared

Bioflex uses TNT on most orders to ensure deliveries are both prompt and handled securely. Some smaller orders and those going to remote areas may be sent with Australia post.

Please note that TNT does require a signature on delivery,

We recommend customers have their orders delivered to their work address, if this isn't feasible please note in your order that you would like the order left at your house without a signature.

Orders 4kg and under to Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Victoria, and Tasmania will generally arrive the next day after the funds have cleared. Larger orders will take between 2 to 5 working days, as will all orders to Perth and remote areas such as the Northern Territory.
